Exceptional care. Compassionate providers who explain plan of care very thoroughly. Dr. River was incredibly friendly and explained our dog’s urgent condition in a way that I was able to comprehend. What I appreciated most is the compassion and empathy from the staff. Would absolutely recommend for urgent or emergency care! No more McDonald’s french fries for our service dog, Lola, as only a few of them caused major colitis. 🍟🤦🏻‍♀️🦮

Excellent care and service! We had an unfortunate bout with AHDS after normal business hours. Dr. Holder and her team were efficient, polite, and all extremely knowledgeable. The facility is lovely and comforting for both pets and people, especially during stressful situations. I highly recommend!

I had an emergency with our dog Stormy at 10:30pm! We we extremely alarmed when Stormy started to vomit and poop blood! I scooped her up and took off the PrioryPet Urgent care. They were aware I was coming and opened the door for me as soon as I parked! They greeted us and rushed her right back to intensive care immediately! We thought we were going to lose Stormy that night, but fortunately the doctor and his staff were able to stabilize her with intravenous IV fluids, and other medicines, after ex rays and blood work. PriorityPet Urgent Care called the next to see how she was feeling, speaking with genuine care and concern. We are on day two after our scary night at the ER and Stormy is feeling much better. She’s starting to eat and her tail wagging away again! The doctor and the entire staff definitely made Stormy their Priority! We cannot thank them enough!

I took my cat Luigi in with what ended up being a UTI. My experience from the phone call from home to inquire about services, etc to the visit at the clinic was top notch! Everyone I encountered treated us both with such kindness and care. I was informed and consented to each test they performed. I was given clear pricing. As for the price, it was very reasonable and in my opinion pretty much in line with normal vet pricing. I had a very positive experience. Thank you all for taking good care of Luigi and his mom! 😻
